ENSALADA BACALAO Y PIMIENTOS ASADOS/COD AND ROASTED RED PEPPERS SALAD
Ingredients for 4 persons:
400 grames of cod
1 garlic clove
Salt and Olive oil
Take a saucepan and put the chopped garlic with a bit of olive oil, once golden the garlic add the cod and te red peppers, remove a bit so all the flavours get together.
Serve in a nice tray, add a bit of salt and pour the red peppers juice we have reserved previously.
