BOLITAS PATATAS RELLENAS CHORIZO/PATE- STUFFED POTATOES BALLS WITH "CHORIZO" AND PATÉ

This recipe is ideal for children, you can "hide" any foods they do not like, you can stuffed with "chorizo" or paté but also with sausages, mince-meat or other thing you like.

Ingredients:

1 kilo of potatoes
1 spoon of butter
Chorizo (spicy sausage)
Paté
1 egg
Salt

Boil the potatoes whole and with no skin. Once boiled drained them and introduce them in the oven so they get dried. Take the smasher and made a thick cream, add the egg yolk, the butter and a bit of salt. Melt well. I advise you to put this in the fridge so the cream gets thicker and you will be able to work with it.

Cut the chorizo in small rings and take out the skin. With a spoon take a bit of the cream (spread a bit of flour in your hands so it does not stick), make a hole in the center and introduce the chorizo or whatever you like. Make a ball with it and soak them in the white of the egg (previously battered), introduce them in a saucepan which has hot olive oil and fry them until golden

    Pochoncicos.
