PATATAS A LO POBRE/POTATOES AT "POOR STYLE"
1 cebolla grande
Ingredients for 4 persons
4 medium size potatoes
1 or 2 italian green peppers, if not 1 big clovis green pepper
Salt and olive oil
Garlic is optional
Fill with oil the saucepan, meanwhile is heating the oil, cut te potatoes in slices of 0,5 cm width, cut the green peppers in thin slices and take out the seeds, also cut the onions in thing slices too. When the oil is well hot, pour all the ingredients in the pan and remove properly, then low the fire during 20 minutes or so, cover the pan and remove from time to time the potatoes. You will note when they are done because the potatoes has become soft and they are goldened. Then take out the ingredients, put them in a dish with kitchen-paper to eliminate the oil excess and serve.
