Ingredientes:
1 calamar grande por persona ( si es como aperitivo el calamar sirve para dos/tres personas)
1 diente de ajo
1 rama de perejil
Aceite de Oliva
Poner la carmela a calentar con un poco de aceite en la base, cuando este bien caliente, echar el/los calamares bien limpios por dentro y sin la piel, marcar bien por ambos lados. Mientras se hace esto, coger el mortero y poneis ajo picado y perejil picado, le echais el aceite de oliva, lo majais bien. Justo antes de que el calamar este bien dorado le echais el ajo y el perejil por encima moveis bien y servir caliente.
Today it is really hot here and i do not want to cook anything complicate, because then my forefront will start to sweat..... you can put this recipe as unique dish together with a nice salad or a special potatoes which we call it "poor potatoes" ( this recipe will be display next Tuesday) or as an appetizer if you cut the squid in pieces. It has no difficulty but bear in mind that you have to buy the squid very fresh and tender if not it will taste as chewing-gum¡¡
Ingredients:
1 big squid per person (if you put it as appetizer, then the squid is for two/three persons)
1 garlic clove
1 persil bunch
Olive oil
Put the grill pan to heat with a little bit of olive oil, when the oil is hot, then put the squid (s) well cleaned inside and with no skin, golden both sides. Meanwhile, take the mortar and put the chopped garlic and parsley, add the olive oil and crush them well. Just before serving and the squid is well golden then add the garlic and parsley over the squid and remove in both sides of the squid, serve hot.
